For parents
Parent Access puts 70 specific recipes, one combined grocery checklist, reviewed family tools, and a registered dietitian in one adult-managed account.
$29 once for 120 days. Nothing renews.
If your team already has Aspire, your family is covered. Ask your coach for the program code and private join link before you buy anything.

The secure web workspace works now on a phone or laptop. The mobile app is still completing store release, so we do not present it as downloadable yet.
Accounts are for adults age 18 or older. Minor runners use Aspire only through an adult-managed household account; there is no child-owned signup.

What you can ask
“She barely touches breakfast before a 6am bus. Does that matter?”
“He was fine in August. It is week six and he is flat.”
“Practice ends at six and homework starts at seven. When does dinner happen?”
“The meet is Saturday morning. What does she eat Friday night?”
“Her teammate takes something before practice. Should mine?”
“She says she is eating. I do not think it is enough. What do I even look for?”
Put yours in your private household thread. A registered dietitian reads it and answers within 2 business days — the same clock a head coach on Program Access gets. No appointment, no waiting room, no bill for the question.
Before you worry about it
Parents ask this first, and they are right to. Here is the line, in writing.
No required weigh-ins, body checks, weight goals, or progress tracking.
No talk about how a runner should look.
No diets, no cutting, no foods on a banned list.
No calorie targets and no supplement amounts. Those belong to your physician.
No lab numbers off a website. If something needs testing, your doctor decides.
How it works
If your team has Aspire, an adult in your household uses the private join link and program code from the coach. If not, one household buys a 120-day term directly.
Write the question in your private household thread. A registered dietitian responds within 2 business days — the same response standard the coaching staff gets.
Open the reviewed family handoff guide or choose one released logistics tool for the question in front of you.
What your household gets

One private household Ask the Dietitian thread for general implementation questions, with a registered-dietitian response within 2 business days.

After that, $250 for 4 sessions covers follow-ups for the season — not a monthly plan. Unused sessions roll over to the next season for the same athlete, within 12 months.
