Educational service, not medical care
Aspire provides general sports-nutrition education, school and household logistics tools, and role-bounded referral guidance. Written by a sports dietitian (MS, RDN) who head-coaches high school cross country. Aspire publishes a deliberately small launch library. The live parent under-fueling guide states its limits and cites the research it uses; the operational guides do not claim clinical proof. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and does not create a clinician–patient relationship.
Luke Rodriguez, MS, RDN may provide individualized counseling only through a separate 1:1 professional engagement. Using this website, Program Access, Parent Access, a tool, article, handout, or support reply is not Medical Nutrition Therapy.
What the current tools do
The current release contains 6 adult-managed household tools and 8 program-staff tools. They organize familiar choices, access, packing, school operations, neutral observations, emergency routes, and handoffs. They do not calculate calorie or macronutrient targets, set body goals, diagnose risk, select laboratory tests, interpret results, prescribe supplements, or determine medical clearance.
Tools, calculators, screeners, meal generators, runner profiles, and courses that have not completed the current safety review are unavailable even to paid accounts. A disclaimer never substitutes for that release gate.
Adults, minors, and coaches
Aspire accounts are adult-managed. A coach may manage a program workspace and team logistics, but does not manage a household runner account or receive private household profile information. Households decide what to enter, save, or share. Coaches should use school-approved channels and keep health concerns private.
A coach can report observable changes and fix team access problems. The household, athletic trainer, physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional decides whether individual evaluation, testing, treatment, supplementation, restriction, or clearance is appropriate.
Urgent and emergency concerns
Aspire is not monitored for emergencies. Call 911 or use the school emergency action plan for immediate danger. In the United States, call or text 988 for a mental-health crisis. Contact the athlete’s clinician for individual symptoms, medication, laboratory, supplement, eating-concern, or return-to-sport questions.
Review before use
Adults remain responsible for checking allergies, food-safety requirements, school policy, venue access, product labels, and the athlete’s existing care plan. Generated checklists and communication drafts must be reviewed before they are copied, printed, or shared. Aspire does not guarantee health, participation, recovery, or performance outcomes.
